I’m going to be so forthright and honest with you right now. I don’t think any other program will tell you this because it doesn’t “sell”. And the reason most programs are offered is for one simple reason: to part people with their money.
“Entrepreneurs” want to sell a product. They find out what people want and then create a product to market to those needs.
However, to sell these products, each entrepreneur (course creator, content creator, program creator, etc.) has to “outmarket” their competition.
If one guy can give you a strong core, then the next guy has to say you’ll have a “6-pack”. But the next guy has to say you’ll have that same 6 pack, but in 90 days. The market gets saturated at 90 days, and the gimmicks have to get more extreme. Now you get the 6 pack in 8 weeks. Now 6 weeks.
The market gets tired at 6 weeks, and now they have to claim you can get the 6 pack without dieting. Or maybe the gimmick is: in only “6 minutes per day!”.
This is the world we live in. It thrives off of deception, misdirection, gimmicks, hype, and outright lies.
It’s a shame, and as much as I’d like to make a lot of money, I just can’t play that game. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to tell you what you want to hear. I’m not even going to exaggerate. I want to tell you the truth about results, and I want your expectations to be realistic.
If you want to have an Adonis body, you are going to have to work your ass off. You are going to have to make a lot of sacrifices. You are going to have to focus a LOT of time and a lot of energy into your body. In a way, you are going to need to become pretty self-absorbed and self-obsessed.
Even then, that dream body may not come because in 90% of the cases, you are going to get burned out. Or injured. Or exhausted. It is very very very hard to keep up a lifestyle obsessed with working out.
Let’s take a 180 degree turn.
My unique system of exercise is to get you a “decent” body. One you can live with and not feel ashamed of your lack of muscle. You shouldn’t feel ashamed, but society… and women… and your peers… can put a lot of pressure on you to look good and be in shape.
You also want to have a certain degree of muscular development so that people don’t mess with you. You don’t want to be singled out as a victim. And if it does “go down”, you want to be strong enough to be dangerous.
Lastly, it is sooooo much healthier to have a degree of muscle mass. It is the single most important thing you can do for your health. It affects ALL of your health. Your strong foundation is the structure around which your health is built. If you don’t believe me, research it. Watch some relevant videos with Dr. Peter Attia, or Andrew Huberman.
So my program gets you that base layer of muscle. When you put your hand over your chest muscles and contract them, you feel a lump. When you make a biceps pose, you have a nice strong muscle there. People that don’t train will say, “Damn!”
When someone grabs your upper arm and you tense it up, you want people to say, “Damn, you workout or what!!!”
But we don’t want to just concentrate on muscles for show. We want to feel confident in ourselves so we have to know that EVERY part of our body is “Damn!”- worthy. We will not neglect a thing.
Quads, hamstrings, lower back, abs, obliques, calves, shoulders, lats, etc…. We want it all. We want our body built in perfect balance. For every strong side of a joint, we want the muscles on the opposite side of the joint to be equally strong. That way they pull in balance and it keeps you healthy and helps prevent injury.
Now, here’s the good news:
Since we’re not trying to be an Adonis or Mr. Olympia, and we’re not trying to be gung ho like CrossFit (that is a BEAST of a workout!), we have a much much better chance of being able to SUSTAIN our workouts for a lifetime. We are not always trying to do more and more like every other workout program out there. That is a sure path to burnout and is not sustainable.
We are not only starting slow and light, but we are only increasing our workload very gradually… not being in ANY hurry. Now our tendons and ligaments have time to truly develop to handle the weights.
We give ourselves months to get into the habit. Then we go just a little bit heavier. We give ourselves plenty of time to adjust to this. Then we go just a little bit heavier. Now all we have to do is sustain this. Be consistent with it. As we do, the results come naturally. Slowly. Realistically. And it is so easy to keep doing what we’re doing because we are not trying to push more and more vigor into every workout to the point where we now hate working out.
When you can be consistent with your workouts, the muscle that you’ve built does not go away. Your body keeps looking better and better. Slowly but surely. Not fast start and then quit. But slow start and maintain permanently.
When your workout only takes 15 minutes… and it’s done at home so there’s zero travel time… and it doesn’t take a TON of energy… you can always keep your workout program going no matter what life throws at you.
The exceptions are sicknesses and injuries. They can derail your path for a while. But then it is so easy to just pick back up and get your 15-minute workout going again. You’ll never need anything else.
You can quit watching all the Youtube videos and FB and Instagram videos trying to learn all these different exercises. You won’t need it. The system I give you will already have the very best of all of these exercises… that can be done at home… so you never have to worry that you’re missing out.
This is what I do for myself. Don’t you think if there was something better, I would be doing it? Of course. So, I’m not a hypocrite; I practice what I preach. Everything about this workout system is exactly as I describe it. There are no exaggerations, gimmicks, hype, or false promises. I didn’t create this program to sell to people. Never even crossed my mind. But when I realized that I had something which I truly thought was the absolute best in the world at what it does, and then realized I could help a lot of guys who truly needed this, and that I could coach them through it to assure their success with it, and realized that without me they would not ever find this on their own (because it doesn’t exist anywhere else)… I was like, “I gotta do this.”

Nor are they going to be able to continually give the time required. Life always gets in the way.
