Why You Should Have A Base Layer of Strength and Fitness

When your body has not been used in a long time, when it hasn’t had any demands put upon it, it atrophies. Bones become less dense. Tendons become weaker. Muscles become smaller. The body suffers from disuse.

So most people get into programs that are way too hard for them to maintain. They’re great for 8 weeks, or 12 weeks…. but not for 2 or 3 years! They take too long, they’re too intense, they require too much energy, they’re too inconvenient, they don’t flow into our busy schedule very easily…. it’s just not a permanent fix.

So we inevitably give it up, but we loved how much stronger our bodies felt we continually resolve to ‘get back to it”, but it just takes too much sacrifice for what we feel our lives and schedule can offer. A good time to start never comes.

I feel that my new system of exercise finally gives every man the chance to institute his own workout program, at home, with far less time and energy than he planned. With it you can develop a base layer of fitness.

This is the foundation of your body. This is your structure.

Having a solid body and frame is crucial. You need it and use it in every aspect of your life. It alone will be carrying you into your golden years.

But for most of us, we yo-yo back and forth between being in pretty good shape…. and being in pretty bad shape. We’d rather just stay in the good shape, but we’ve never been able to maintain the motivation and discipline that seemed required to exercise consistently.

But what if you found out that you could develop a base layer of fitness with a lot less effort than any other program you’ve attempted. It still takes “some” discipline, but seriously, not any more that you probably already have. Your discipline might need some strengthening, but I really feel that ANYBODY could use the system successfully that I am going to outline in the next few days.

The key is to build a base layer of fitness. This means that ALL of your muscles get built slowly and evenly. There is never any rush for “results”… only for consistency. And because of this lack of pressure, you’re able to take your time, do things right, and not have to kill yourself with ridiculously hard workouts. The kind that burn you out and make you hate exercising.

When you build your base layer of strength on this program, it’s just the opposite. We make sure we don’t do anything that we hate. That means every exercise you do has to be palatable. If one is unpalatable, it’s taken out and a substitute put in its place.

Now your entire workout system is only comprised of exercises you either enjoy, or at least don’t mind doing, and that makes it 10 times easier to stick with because you’re not having to overcome your willpower to get started.

An exercise plan has never been this easy, this quick, or this convenient. THAT is the key to long term exercise success!
